At the end of the day you just gotta have the willpower to stop eating it. I know that's hard sometimes so what you should do try and do is keep yourself away from situations where you're exposed to it.

As waga said you need the will power. This is what i do, i have gotten a little puggy. I have a bear belly. Im going to be going to a water park with freinds next week and by then i wanna slim down. And by the time schools starts back for me, i wanna have abs. I imagine myself having abs. Try to imagine yourself looking slim. Connect your will power and the image of what you want to look like and put it into production and go work out. Firsts things first, before i workout i stretch. And sometimes when i dont think i have the will to workout, i listen to some music that would put me in that mood. I listen to rap/R&B/hip hop music. You could listen to rock, or anything that would put you into that workout mood. You know its working when it starts to burn. But don't push yourself too far. Also, try drinking more water. A cold bottle water instead soda. Instead of spending your money on fast food, save it up. And even if you dont like vegetables, just chuck it down, its healthy for you. You could also start playing a sport.(if you dont) Basketball, football, track, tennis, soccer etc.

I completely stopped drinking pop/soda one day 2 years ago, haven't had a drop since, and that was having 1 a day when we had some (dad bought a case of 12 each week (and it was coca cola so caffeine makes it even harder to stop)). I simply willed myself not to. Water with ice cubes is sooo good. I lost 30lbs just from that (yeah ikr >.>) before I started to workout like I do now, I get up and go for a 12km run, then relax with some ice water then do some weight lifting and crunches.
EDIT: So basically, if I had the willpower to randomly stop drinking pop (specifically coca cola) you should too. Now I don't even like the taste of coca cola anymore, guess that caffeine really gets to ya (one time at a restaurant I subconsciously ordered coke, this was about a year after I quit the stuff, so I was like, y'know what? I'll just go with it and I took a sip and spat it out because it tasted bad. Honestly I had thought I would have craved the taste because I hadn't had caffeine in so long, but I guess not having caffeine for a year works the opposite way.)

I eat healthy and drink lots and lots of water (downfall is you gotta piss alot XD) but it helps. Personally i workout everyday switch to different muscles everyday. Only thing i'm confused about is how to increase my vertical i mean i do whatever the hell it takes but i'm not seeing much results.
Quick offtopic question. I was thinking of an idea but first i have to ask did matt remove ramen shops or something?

Because I am not a pre-med specialist or anything along those lines, I don't know how accurate my information will be. You should ask your doctor about specifically YOUR metabolism speed and if there are ways to increase it. Metabolism, if you do not know, is more or less, the rate at which your body burns calories. Also, note that your calorie intake should not exceed that of which your body burns (if you want to 'lose' weight which will also help you 'tone' your body).

*cough* My rule is Fastfood/Pop is only a weekend thing, and even then its like a treat, not the only thing I eat that day...I also do a workout twice a week, Cardio for 20 minutes (enough for 3~ miles) and 20 minutes of Cal keeps my body in shape and ready o.o Keep in mind if you don't stretch, you are slowly doing more harm then good. Doing the week, Water only, Sports drinks are WORSE then pop when it comes to the sugar, same crap goes in to make em. Dinner should be a nice meat with veggies. Personally, I avoid all red meat (pork, beef) as its less-healthy (more fatty) but I do it because I dislike the taste. Lunch can be a sandwich (I just have bread, meat, and cheese, nothing else). Avoid sweets and sugars. Easiest way to avoid them is to not go where they are, and not to buy them. Eat Fruit. I gain weight during the summer, why? Because during school I had a fresh supply of fruit easily avaible to me, fruit is filling and great for you, candy is not.
