Ah, Ah! ;D The 'Omg Noob Kyuu Spammer' clan?!? Hard to do something about this, so let's skip over to my suggestion.
The 'Sand System': To use your jutsu you first have to call out sand from your gourd or from surroundings [if you are standing on sand], more about this at 'weakneses' part. You shall be asked how much sand do you want to call [1-5, each one taking 2k chakra] and then you would have two commands, one would be Sand: Attack and Sand: Kyuu.
Sand: Attack - If you clicked this a tab would appear, asking about target [anyone from your screen], after you choose the target the sand will start auto-following the target, if it'd bump into him it would inflict damage equal to Nin x 0.5, it'd be hard to dodge as the sand is fast.
Sand: Kyuu - A tab would appear again, and after choosing your target the sand will start auto-following once more, if it'd bump into your enemy it'd have a chance to kyuu him, that chance being if your enemy's speed is higher than your Ninjutsu x 0.2, the difference : 20.
Example: Ichiru, ninjutsu 10 000
Noobie, speed 2000
10 000 : 5 = 2000 = 2000
Ichiru's sand wraps around Noobie, trapping him into an Sand Prison.
Ichiru, ninjutsu 10 000
Noobie, speed 3000
10 000 : 5 = 2000, 3000 - 2000 = 1000 : 20 = 50% chance to dodge
Ichiru, ninjutsu 10 000
Noobie, speed 4000
10 000 : 5 = 2000, 4000 - 2000 = 2000 : 20 = 100% chance to dodge
Other Jutsu:
Suna Shigure [Sand Rain]: This jutsu could be activated only when you have 5 sands on your screen. All would disappear and your entire screen would be covered by sand rain, all enemies that would be in a tile of it would start having their character having covered up with sand [3 seconds until they would be totally covered], after the 3 seconds they would be trapped in the kyuu, totally powerless and waiting to die.
Ryuusa Bakuryuu [Sand Wave I think]: This jutsu would sacrifice 2-3 sands and send a wave 7 tiles 'fat', which'd go as far as 12 tiles forwards. Everybody caught in it would have a chance same as with Kyuu to be trapped.
Sabaku Sousou: [cost: 5000 chakra] This move would OHK if your enemy is trapped AND your Ninjutsu is higher than or equal to their HP /5, otherwise it would do damage equal to your nin.
Example: Ichiru's sand wraps around Noobie, trapping him into an Sand Prison.
Ichiru: Sabaku Sousou!
Ichiru, ninjutsu 10 000
Noobie, hp 52 000
52 000 : 5 = 10 400 > 10 000
Ichiru's Sousou inflicts 10 000 damage to Noobie!
Example no. 2: Ichiru's sand wraps around Noobie, trapping him into an Sand Prison.
Ichiru: Sabaku Sousou!
Ichiru, ninjutsu 10 000
Noobie, hp 49 000
49 000 : 5 = 9 800
10 000 > 9 800
Ichiru's Sousou breaks every bone in Noobie's body, tearing him to shreds.
Sabaku Taisou: [cost: 10 000 chakra This jutsu would be a Sousou for everybody on the screen that is kyuu'd, the calculation would be the same as Sabaku Sousou.
Summary:
Strengths: Very versatile and powerfull clan, one of the best clans if trained the right way. Hard to escape if you don't put some points into Speed.
Weaknesses: - Pretty much a chakra eater
- Hard to use without being on sand
- useless against clans with hax speed.
Also to add on to their weakness, make the tailed demons [5-9] and CS [2nd form] give a boost to speed.
