I wouldn't be surprised if most of the rebalances are already at the minimum ironed out, but something came up when I was thinking of Kikaichu no Jutsu.
Basically, I remembered something from the Bleach fighting games -- when you would use Byakuya's Shikai, the petals would storm around him, and when he attacks they basically shoot in a straight line. The way Shino summons up the bugs is pretty similar to that; except that he basically sends them invisibly after they start swarming.
Basically, I think Kikaichu no Jutsu could work by having the bugs surround the user, unless they're actually attacking. When the attack verb is used, instead of a normal punch you would fire off the bugs. While not attacking/performing Jutsu the bug would act as a barrier. Kikaichu no Jutsu could also auto-disable if you attempt to use other jutsu.

wow dats pretty good, same should work with konans The point is more to differentiate them from Konans, who are op'd enough and still have clan moves that they can fall back on if they DON'T want to be pure nin, or don't want to rely solely on papers. Also we do not need four click-based clans. Give Aburame Bug Shurikens and Bee Stingers if they're supposed to be exact clones
