Resting is pretty annoying at this moment. When fighting someone, once they run out of chakra, they run around spamming rest. Which is illogical. This needs to be changed that resting only regain stamina, for the purpose of training.
To balance out the fact that resting no longer recharge chakra. It will also give us the change to rebalance chakra costs.
With this new chakra costs, we will also need changes in ways jutsus work and how much damage they do. For the most part, no jutsu should do over 1x any stat.
Genjutsu needs to be changed that it does damage to stamina and none of them bind unless a specified jutsu. The person also needs to be facing you for them to be under a genjutsu. Damage will be based on the genjutsu stat. If someone genjutsu stat is higher than yours, your damage to stamina will be less. Having 0 stamina should also be changed to where your movement is severely hindered.
Below I will go into detail of every jutsu in the game:
Sharingan: Should require .01 to intially activate while costing .001 to maintain.
Crow Bunshins: Should take .004 chakra to use. When hit these are hit, if one of the birds that came out comes into contact with a player, this triggers crown gen on them. This gen just fuzzes up the screen to make it an annoyance.
Genjutsu reversal: Reverses any gen at a cost of .021 chakra to use.
Utakata: Costs .002 chakra. Crow Gen.
Amateratsu: an activate mode in which everything the uchiha faces, on a 1 tile becomes ignited. Costs .04 chakra to use and costs .02 chakra per second. Duration of 5 Seconds and 5 second CD. If you have Sasuke's Sharingan, you learn Blaze release at master hidden shit. And can now click, to set on fire.
Mugen Kasegui: Binds both the caster and the target. Does stamina damage based on genjutsu. Its multiplier would be
