I think Babun Baika(Partial Multi-Size jutsu) is currently a taijutsu boost, but I think it should be a Taijutsu style for Akimichi's only. It would work by increasing your regular attack damage, while increasing the delay time for attacking(Depending on how much damage is increased). To branch on the idea of Babun Baika being a taijutsu style, It would be nice to have Baika no jutsu (Multi-Size technique) which is the initiate jutsu that allows Human boulder, With this jutsu you could also add in Choharite(Super Open Hand Slap) Nikudan Hari Sensha, is an upgraded version of Nikudan Sensha(Human Boulder) where the user rolls around with kunai jammed into their fat. This would cost kunai to use while increasing damage.

I like the last idea but as for the rest, eehhh idk if they should be styles ya know because you can just add those to akimichi's as clan moves or hidden jutsu's to get for them

Lets see what we can add to these ideas.
Buban baika or how it is spelled sounds good what you have, but could add the idea that when you punch you will actually get giant fists as animation. It will require some iconning and fine tuning for the base, with the fist you could probably increase the attack to 1 tile ahead or 3 tiles like a big sword without the swing part.
My ideas for baika is that to gain choarite you will have to get baika uses or a specific lvl where it evolve from ball mode to the giant form, once you get the giant form you get choarite. But if Matt will add a giant mode someone will have to take on the job of resizing every item unless there are other ways to increase the character's size in-game xD

Hmm....my idea was sort of like this after the taijutsu styles. Your ideas are good, but I think some additional moves should be added, not just changes to existing stuff...
Babun Baika (Partial Expansion) - I like the idea of making this a taijutsu style. I think it should increase stamina consumption of the basic attack, however use a much stronger formula, and as the arm becomes giant, your attacks slow down but hit a wider area as well (2-3 tiles instead of 1, maybe 2-3 tiles outward as well). Using Babun Baika style with a sword equipped will use the Kenjutsu formula, but have the range of the BB style.
Baika no Jutsu (Expansion Jutsu) - A lower-ranked pre-cursor to "Calorie Control" or "Butterfly Chakra Mode", Baika no Jutsu causes the akimichi's icon to grow slightly larger, increasing their "Basic" style punch range, but not it's damage. It also gives a slight boost to taijutsu and is one of the two transformations in which the akimichi can use Chodan Bakugeki (Butterfly Bomb)
Nikudan Sensha(Human Boulder) - Change it to have a variant formula depending on which form the Akimichi is in. --If no "powerups" are active: The boulder is easy to control, causing 0.8x tai when you roll over the opponent. --If in "Baika no Jutsu": The boulder is larger, and much harder to control, occasionally not responding to arrow input. Deals 1.3x tai each time you roll over the opponent.
Nikudan Hari Sensha - This variant of Human Boulder can only learned with a TS of 3000 and used while in neither of your powered up states. The Akimichi covers themselves in Kunai before launching themselves at the target, expanding, and slamming into the opponent, dealing 1.2x tai + 0.5x TS in damage.
Calorie Control/Butterfly Chakra Mode: The akimichi begins releasing an amount of chakra selected by the player. This amount of chakra is consumed and added to their Tai and Speed stats temporarily. The Akimichi cannot use Baika after entering this state, but they can use it before hand. The user's tai style is automatically set to Babun Baika and they cannot gain any benefits from equipped weapons. This state also unlocks the powerful "Choudan Bakugeki".
Choudan Bakugeki (Butterfly Bullet) - The akimichi releases a powerful strike to the opponent dealing damage proportionate to half the amount of chakra put into their CC/Butterfly form plus 0.8x Tai. This attack consumes no chakra, but reduces the user's stamina by an amount equivalent to the damage they dealt and ends their CC/Butterfly state, leaving them fairly vulnerable. The move counts as tai, thus players with a high dodge rate may dodge the jutsu. After 500 uses, Choudan Bakugeki consumes 10k stamina instead, but still ends their powered-up state, reducing vulnerability somewhat but not completely.
Special Weapon/Style: Staff - This weapon could be based of SS or TS, as we've seen Chouza Akimichi strike, slash, and throw with his staff. It seems to be the akimichi's "special" weapon, as Chouza used it to strike in a 360-degree sweep dealing damage to everything around him, releasing powerful thrusts with the staff which extended his basic range, and using to block off attacks. Additional unnamed akimichis with similar or differing markings than Chouza are also seen wielding these staves. Maybe make it based off 0.8x tai + 0.3x ss and have a 2-tile forward attacking range. Requires Jounin and 5000 SS to learn, staff obtained on learning the style.
