Alrighty, this suggestion PRIMARILY spawned from the fact that like...none of my Suiton jutsu can hit b/c the animation goes on for like 10-20 seconds and can almost always be dodged/blocked xD
Edit: Now I'm thinking, maybe base it on Jutsu uses rather than speed. For instance, every 100 uses of Suiton Suishoha reduces the seal time by 2~3 seconds. But 300~400 uses the seal time and animation would be nearly instantaneous, making it harder to easily prepare a counter.
The immobility during certain jutsu's animating sequences really do tend to get you killed unless you spam gen/stuns, which is kinda bleh.

I...don't understand what you are wanting? Your title just says Handseal/Jutsu animation suggestion...and you say why you want it...but nothing else...
You arnt immobile while you are doing the handsigns, you are immobile when you have a rush of water being created behind you because if that moved with you it would be fucking weird O.o

I think what he is getting at is that speeding up the time for the completion of the handseals. Such as it taking 3 seconds to shoot off a water dragon. Instead, when clicking the button it automatically shoots off with no delay.

I meant it more as a solution type suggestion b/c honestly, with the time the animation takes for certain jutsu, you can't land hits.
I understand the immobility, that's not the problem. problem is the 10-20 sec animation time on certain jutsu making it laughable to try and hit them without spamming gens/stuns and making sure they burned Kawa or don't have shields.

I mean...an animation is what it is, for show lol...the flasher jutsus kinda do that, but normally if you can manage to hit with them they are an instant kill (Kirin for example)

True in Daibakufu's case, but Suishoha just hits once. Daibakufu drags them across the entire screen; if they're hit while stunned it's practically an OHKO even w/ 6.8k nin.
