Welcome!
I'll start off by saying hello NtFB, it feels good to be back, I've so far received a nice welcome back and I truly appreciate it. Now lets get to business.
One thing about NtFB that sets it apart from all the other naruto games is this games ability to allow the user to be what ever type of character they want. I feel tho we have this already established, we can still elaborate on this feature in our community that allows this game to stand out so much.
The Suggestion
Non Clans
I suggest the admin team, as a collective picks a few characters actively in the main story, so for example; Sakura, Darui, DNA Splicers, Utakata, Minato etc. And code these into the game, now I'm not saying they should be an option to select, but if the player is to choose Non-Clan, then they would randomly be given a character so lets say Darui, and they would learn the jutsu's of darui as they level up. We could code maybe 20 of these options and split them up depending on the village, and make the selection of these characters randomized.
TL;DR?
The Suggestion
Element Kekkai Genkai/Touta
Forgive me if I'm using the wrong term because from my knowledge Kekkai Genkai correlates to blood line limit meaning a clan. But according to my research it also relates to the combination of two elements creating a new Kekkai Genkai per-say.
Now for this, I would also say this should remain non clan only. What this would do is basically once you are given your two, or if you're lucky three elements, after you have a certain amount of uses on jutsu's from all your elements, and you have levels, you should be able to have a chance of unlocking an elemental kekkei genkai, ergo; Blaze Release, Dust Release, Magma Release, all that fun stuff.
TL;DR?
Why?
I bet some of you are saying; "This all seems fine and dandy but why would we need this? How does it help our community other than keeping the game down longer to code?" I would respond by this, I feel as if it would add players to the game because it allows players to have control of how unique their character is. And if you're someone like me, you like to deeply get into character, so having the fact that no one knows my ability, simply aids to my gameplay. Also by doing this we make it harder for certain clans to be overpowered as their counterparts will be more abundant then ever, and lastly it simply aids to the games obscurity and trade-mark accuracy, increasing the overall experience of the game itself.
TL;DR?
How?
Coding all this definitely would take some time, simply because it has implies adding new variables and jutsus and all that fun stuff, but coding wise it seems rather simple I mean, I can easily suggest ways to easily code some of the jutsus without changing the source, but I'm not sure exactly what clans you would use so per-say we code in Minato as a random one, I'll just use two jutsus as an example.) Hiraishin - Two verbs, one sets a kunai, one teleports to it
Space Barrier ish - Teleports incoming attacks/players etc. creates a door, that leads to the forest, (Create maybe 2/3 doors in random spots in the forest) It would stop attacks by code, and if players walk into it they go into the door.
blah blah blah etc, but you see where I'm going, we can find simple ways to code jutsus, if you need ideas I can help you and your staff out.
TL;DR
Closing Paragraph
If you are still following I appreciate your loyalty to this thread, it took me about 20 minutes to make it but I definitely enjoyed it. Continuing on the discussed topics, this would be very positive for the game as it would really add to the game play experience, also it would take slack off saturated clans, like Deidaras, Naras, etc. Also since the characters don't necessarily have large move lists we could code more characters in less time. Anyways, feedback is always appreciated. It feels good to be back in the suggestions thread again.

People who pick non clan should randomly be given the ability to learn jutsus of non clan characters from the anime

TL;DR?
After a certain amount of uses on each element you have you should be able to fuse your elements to unlock new moves

TL;DR?
1.) Players can get into roles, 2.) Adds obscurity and accuracy, 3.) Adds competition, and waters all clans

TL;DR
I'll provide easy code-able ways to implement, also in my absence I learned to icon, so if you need Icons I can help with that.
