Namco Bandai has confirmed that they have created a DBZ Budokai HD Collection. Imo its not much of a collection considering it only has 1 and 3 but meh still better than nothing. Anyone else a little hyped for this?

I don't really care for Budokai 1 and 2, because 3 is where it is at! I dislike the Tenkaiachi fanbase who goes: "this is the best dragonball game ever!" because I hated Tenkaichi. Everyone were duplicates of each other and the game was horribly unbalanced --- true, that's how it is in DBZ, but this is a video game; there'd be no point to even having any characters other than the Saiyans as playable if that was the case.
Now, people probably have argued that Budokai 3 was unbalanced also, but I'd bet that back when I played it avidly, I would have beaten anyone's ass with Kid Goku!!

You guys know nothing about great DBZ Games. The best DBZ game ever was DragonBall Z Legendary Super Warriors. Now observe this games epicness. WARNING! This game has very annoying sounds and they are loud make sure to have speakers turnt down low!

Legacy of Goku was just fail. I mean the fact that Goku can die from a wolf in the begining is just sad, Considering his powerlevel is 700+. That game was just terrible. Not to mention it was incredibly glitchy. Main glitch that everyone used was the invincibility glitch.

Legacy of Goku II and Buu's Fury was a pretty good upgrade from Legacy of Goku I admittedly. And Legendary Super Warriors was pretty interesting too.

Even now I would prefer playing this game over 99.9% of DBZ games. (Even though it took me 10 or 11 years to finally beat burter. Completed said accomplishment on an emulator)
EDIT: And for the guy who said Budoaki Tenkaichi 3 wasn't good
Go fuck yourself. D:<

Lol I still have my emulator of Legendary Super Warriors. The game disappeared somewhere and I'm too lazy to find it (even more lazy considering I don't have a gbc any more ) I agree that Legendary Super Warriors was the best DBZ game ever. It was so hard at times (especially when fighting in the survival mode thing to unlock more characters and attacks). LOL I remember I was stuck for the longest on the FIRST battle against Piccolo, was pissing me off so I quit for a bit. Eventually I raped the game =D Also, Budokai 2 was arguably the best. Endless teleporting behind each other lol to avoid beams and shit.

Yea. Once you realize the pattern between enemies the game becomes a walk in the park.

Most noticable pattern was for most of the computer characters. They will power up. Attack with 4-5 hit combos for two turns. Then they will use a special attack. Depending on that computer it was a ki attack or a physical attack and sometimes both depending on the character and how much health it had. Example of that being Frieza and his elbow attack -_- it still haunts me to this day...

I actually prefer Legend of the Supersaiyan (SNES) over Legendary Super Warriors (GBC) though.

I'll have to find the emulator for that game and give it a go, Kyuubi.
And yeah, Nappa was a bitch too in that regard Busta. He'd use his special attack sometimes on the turn right after powering up using his punch combo thing. Sometimes he'd build up so much that he'd use both his Mouth Cannon and his combo move one after another.
I think Supersonic Warriors deserves an honorable mention. xD

Lol I think his combo was called either N. Slasher or Nappa choker. Can't really remember but those come to mind. Hardest part of the game was beating Burter and Jeice with Goku alone. Second hardest part was beating Frieza with Future Trunks.
