Hey, It's Ichiru aka the Sand Rain King, anyways I've taken it upon myself to finally make a more accurate guide i Think i have most of the right information better than Kazenai's lolol. Kalak had said
"This guide is so inaccurate, that I'd be doing any poor noob who might stumble in here to learn something a favor by deleting it..." to the other guide.
Things you should know about Sand Manipulators They start off with Affinity Fuuton (Wind) Element And Doton (Earth) Element it's 100% Automatic. Mostly based on Ninjutsu and being able to Capture your opponent which is pretty simple. We get starter Clothes which is nice, and a Gourd not bad compared to "Other" Mis-fortunate Clans.
Moves and Abilities
Suna Shuriken - Yeah we have Shuriken's made out of sand but you don't quite see them often Take away Chakra instead of supplies I haven't fully investigated much about these.

Level 10
Daisan no Mei - It's a pretty cool jutsu and doesn't realy help much in recon attempts cause it shows an eye ball icon on the person you're spying on.. and also not a very good Range
Maybe a Wind Blade + Daisan Combo

Level 50
Suna Bunshin - Quite Useless... Less you consider the cost of having bunshins who can attack but most Sand Manipulators are Ninjutsu Based

Sabaku Kyuu - Catches the opponent
[Faster if both User and Opponent is on Sand]
Chakra Cost 2500
Level 150
Sabaku Sousou - When you kyuu your opponent you can use this move to perform Sand Burial which does x2.5 of your Ninjutsu

Suna no Tate - Sand that Circles around you and blocks attacks it depends mostly on your ninjutsu of what it is Capable of Stopping if your ninjutsu is higher than the damage you are taking then it will be stopped Taijutsu Only as far as I know.
Doesn't stop big swords, and a few other things Lol.

Suna no Maya - Sand Sphere as most people know it as, It is a pretty good shield not something you should add to your mix of Combat
seems like everyone can break it with Rasengan.. It does do Damage at a 1 tile radius at the four basic movements of North South East West
Damage is Half of your Ninjutsu

Suna Shushin no Jutsu - Honestly it looks like a regular Shushin no Special Sand Effects Massive Cost to be able to use Shushin

Ryuusa Bakuryuu - Sand Tsunami a 5 tile wide Wave of Sand is Shot which ever direction you are facing Kyuu'ing everyone in the path

Sabaku Taisou - When your opponent(s) are captured in kyuu use this and it will Drain All of your Chakra but hits x2.5 your ninjutsu
Chakra Cost 10k
Level 3000
Suna Shigure - Sand Rain a 7x7 tile from which you are in the middle of anything in the area of effect is automatically Stun'd
Most people Obviously dislike this i'm speaking from experience but honestly idc it's a move i'll use it when i please but i do use the other kyuu'ing moves also
10000 Chakra
Builds:
Ninjutsu Build this is the build i had went with I think it's pretty effective against a Majority of the players and I've had not much of a problem with this build at all I went with 3k Stamina 1k Gen (for Kai aka Basic Genjutsu Release) Rest of it went to Ninjutsu at the end when you get to cap you should have around 45k+ Ninjutsu And trust me that should suffice in killing a player with Kyuu and Sousou
(Haven't Tested)Taijutsu Eh i don't want to assume much as i have not yet done much with this But Sand Manipulators automatically get Fuuton as an Element and if you were to Focus on Taijutsu as much as i did Ninjutsu, 45k+ Taijutsu w/ Knuckle Knives + Hien = Rape having this Nice damage going on + perhaps getting Curse Seal during Chuunin or even a Demon that were to boost Taijutsu you could Easily make Combo's w/ Sand and Taijutsu
Sand Rain/kyuu/tsunami + KK Taijutsu = Utter Rape e.e
(Haven't Tested)Taijutsu and Ninjutsu Build A Mix of both of the Seemingly Dominant powers of Ninjutsu and Taijutsu you could mix up your battle style and have a Good Damaging Sousou and Some Taijutsu along with the mix so you aren't left with Running around and doing the same repetitive Fighting Style like Pure nin would have I would probably do my build if i were to make one of these 30k Ninjutsu 3k Stamina 1k Gen and rest into Taijutsu leaving about 16k Taijutsu Not to shabby

Suggestions to some of the moves
Suna Bunshin I Really liked the effects from other clones like Raiton and Bakuha but i think Suna Bunshin should Kyuu the opponent when it is attacked Gaara as a Sand Manipulator would use Baits and other Methods to Encase his opponent it would make them more useful and it's not like they're "Not Noticeable" as they have the sand shade on the clones
Daisan no me Maybe instead of having it appearing on there face have it appear on the top right corner of their icon that appears like an eye would be cool o.o
New Moves or something that would be cool:
If shukaku had a jutsu or maybe a Sand Manipulator + Shukaku move exclusive move like Sand Blast or something [would be cool lol]
maybe a new jutsu that comes away from Kyuu and Sousou to add a mix into the Sand Manipulator's Combat Capabilities
Honestly, I picked Gaara cause that's my Favorite Character from the Series, First Clan i picked on the game to I didn't pick it to be over powered or any other gay reason o.o if it gets updated or changed dramatically i'd still more than likely pick this clan and make it work.
