Ive decided Too fuse all my decent ideas together into one ginormous post why? so old ones unnoticed get noticed and rethought about so other can make better ideas based off my own.

I believe that before we get new cool features everything should work at least alright. For example, Haku clan's Kekkei Genkai with preset damage, or even Sakon with only one useless jutsu. No need to have clans just to have clans we already have a large number. Also updates on the Snow screen so it doesn't display the Momochi Clan. Also an update to the Main page on the byond Site it says it hasn't updated in about 2 years this might drive some people off. Id mainly prefer just the fixing off jutsu like the Haku clan and water dragon (no more preset damage) but everything can help.
Titles:
Everyone wants to be a Kage and or leader so they can feel important i guess... so maybe The kage should be able to grant people titles So they can feel more important. Some should be preset like maybe Hokage's Right Hand or Anbu Leader. Maybe there should also be a limit so not everyone is running around with a title.
Village Who
Maybe not for kage only maybe for everyone I don't like clicking who and figuring out who's on in my village.
War
Have the ability to declare war against other villages with a actual way to win and a consequence for losing.
Create Mission:
Be able to officially tell a villager to go kill someone and get paid for it based on the persons level it will be ranked d,c,b,a,s,or ss.
Kage Requirements
Maybe Kage shouldn't always be about power maybe it should wait for about 2-3 people to hit the req and let the villagers say who should be Kage this will lower the chances of a noob getting in as leader or even maybe they should be tested on how strong they are how good they are at fighting and if they can actually lead.
Kage Test:
1st Skill
Along with hitting that kage req of a certain level and Sannin Rank there should also be a test showing how well they can fight and not just a level whore like make the Kage-elect (o.o) fight admins and the admins give him the thumbs up based on how they fight.
2nd Leadership
Possibly another test showing leadership here's my idea
There's a squad of the Kage-elect and two admins your hiding together in the woods in the distance there's like a Ninja who has some sort of chakra bomb attack that will kill you all instantly but it takes him a while to explode about 3 seconds you receive information on his stats which should be rather high.The only way to kill him would be for the Kage to know all his allies jutsu and power and strike him at once. So the Kage-Elect will have to say when tell the admins what attacks to do (they will do nothing more nothing less) (*in Asian sensei voice* Because miscommunication during a mission could be Rethal!) and if you manage to take it down you succeed.
3rd Popularity
And now after 2-3 people reach this point the villagers and Even other leaders can vote (If there in the same alliance) whether they become Kage
KageTitle:
After having Kage for a month you should automatically lose your Kage rank and retire. But gaining a new Title like Shodai Hokage or Nidaime Mizukage Based on whether you were where first second etc.
For example you know how i was MizuKage would Have Shodai MizuKage as long as i stay in Mist and Cross would be Nidaime Mizukage and whoevers is next will be Sandaime Mizukage
Gawt it?
Lets admit it the Chuunin Exam is dead, boring, blah blah all for one reason no 3rd part, I say it should be reinstated. With few more things added.
1. One Chuunin Exam a day at 6:00
2.(if one in added 2 must also be) No Chuunin Cap, the only cap should be a level cap altogether.
3. Make sure there's an Admin there to judge the 3rd part and i want it judged like this if they fight good not the guy that failed the exam a lot and is a high level but in actuality sucks hard. Unless he wins the whole thing then we cant hold him back.
Reason being that the chuunin exam has the potential to be awesome and if its done this way it has a lot more chance to be awesome.
Village Privileges
I miss raiding leaf with all the leafies running around to kill, it seems like a good amount of players are either joining akatsuki for protection and demon theft , joining sound for CS or uchihas joining sound because sasuke did it. >.<
I think each village should have something special about it with a reason of being in it besides "o i like mist."
So heres my ideas
Leaf:
Special Katon Jutsu, Katon jutsu deal .5 more nin damage, and More ANBU ranks such as black ops and ANBU Guards
Mist:
Special Suiton Jutsu, Suiton Jutsu deal .5 more nin damage, and a Tracker Ninja Squad with a leader
Sand:
Special Fuuton Jutsu, Fuuton Jutsu deal .5 more nin damage and get a bow and other low tech weapons
Snow:
Have special technology like Kunai Turrets and Ice exploding kunai, Have Special Ice jutsu and Hyouton Jutsu deal .5 more nin damage
Stone:
Special Doton Jutsu, Doton Jutsu deal .5 more nin damage and (Insert something here i don't know much about Stone)
Rain:
Special Suiton jutsu (different from Mist suiton jutsu) Suiton Jutsu deal .5 more nin damage and(Insert something here)
Tracker Ninja and ANBU
When you do the mission to kill oro you should chose whether to Become a Tracker Ninja or an ANBU. The ANBU should basically kill and invaders in the village and The one that does his job the best will become the ANBU Leader and can command everyone but the Kage. Tracker Ninja should go hunt people who leave the village and kill them with only one attempt if they succeed in killing the traitors they lose any Clan jutsu they learned which can be reacquired after hitting like level 10-15k. If the tracker ninja fail The traitor gets an increase in Bounty rank and a slight stat boost not too much so people cant really abuse it. (Genjutsu and Rasengan noobs.)
Missions:
They need a re-do missions there needs to be more missions and they need to be rethought, some are OK like catching the =^-^= and killing sound ninja. The higher difficulty and time the mission takes the more money you make for yourself so the more active you are and missions you do the better off you will be(If Haji's Post about all those purchasable items goes in of course.). Missions should also give a good amount of experience so you can kinda keep up with the people who grind all day. This also would create another thing to do besides killing and training.
I think each Village should have its own set of missions for example maybe and ANBU mission for Mist would be to hunt and kill Zabuza and Haku it would say like
"That traitor Zabuza has attempted to assassinate our Lord Mizukage. Your mission is to find him and his accomplice Haku and end them."
Or maybe for leaf and ANBU mission would be to hunt and kill Sasuke for leaving the Village. Or sand to Kill Sasori for a Sannin Mission.
Instead of the whole world having to kill Gaara for some reason.

I think there should be methods to make people work together.
Squads
From what I remember Squads are like Guilds, but maybe we should make it more like a party system with a Maximum of 4 members where you get a bonus of experience for doing the following things.
Killing Bonuses
Possibly there should be bonuses for killing with others of the same village and an even higher bonus for killing with clanmates. Not that much or there will be raids all the time. But maybe during times of War there could be lots of experience given for killing together.
Combos
Possibly there should be a higher bonus for doing combos with jutsu for example like how Shikamaru stops people to make sure Ino doesn't miss. or maybe Pushing someone into a Deidara mine or Exploding note.
Exp Boosts
You should receive Exp equal to the level of the person you kill this seems like a decent amount that's not to much exp
There should also possibly Combos you can create with yourself combos involving Genjutsu should be slightly less For example killing someone after they kill one of ur clones should give a good bonus maybe 2x so people will play smarter or abuse the same combo that gives the most exp but either way lower on obvious noobish comobos such as ninpou and sword or ninpou gen and then sword and give boosts to like better combos like Shushin and sword or maybe hitting someone with two Kamaitachi no jutsu(temari wind thing that hits multiple times) from both directions.
Rank Boost
Maybe even ranks should boost the amount of exp you get if you an ANBU and you Kill an intruder with other ANBU members shoudl should get like double exp Which wil;l actually encourage ANBU to kill people intruders. Or if a Squad of Genin take out a Jonin they'll get the squad bonus and a Bonus for taking out a Higher rank and if they use a combo they could rack up alot of exp.
Safezone
Sooo people could abuse combos, these would make want to fight alot more often so i say there should be safe zones for people who want to train, that only the Villagers can enter.(like the Leaf secret Bunker during the Leaf Destruction Arc) and if you were attacked you can't enter a safezone for 30 secs to 1 min. This would be so that people couldn't run into a safezone if they start losing a fight. It should say something like "The enemy is still on your tail! Shake them off first we don't want them figuring about our secret Base!" or something stupid like that.
And another possible flaw "People are standing outside the Bunker waiting for us too come out!" Better hope you have good ANBU =P
Genjutsu:
If you have double their Gen It works
If you have less then double they receive lessened effects for example if you use nemurihane they'll be slowed down. Or if you do Darkness genjustu there should only be a small square around them of what they can see.
And if you have less, then the genjutsu will not work.
While I'm at it I guess ill do one for speed
Speed:
Speed you should have a chance to dodge Anything the enemy sends at you with the chance baased on how much more speed you have.
This would make it so you couldnt just pour all your points onto NIn or you would never be able to hit anyone lowering the overall damage of attacks making the chance of having a long fight higher which would be more entertaining then just almost everything killing in one hit. (Id perfer like 8-15 hits D=)
Chakra
No move should depend on this, this your Mp, Mana, Magic point equivalent the ninjutsu stat should determine damage for all jutsu tai for all tai and gen if gen could deal damage D=. Also if you run out of chakra your suppossed to die so i have two ideas based on that.
1. It'll send you a warning when your chakra is running low and maybe chakra reserves should increase but only if no jutsu's damage is dependent. And if you use another jutsu that costs more then how much you had left you die.
2. Lets say a jutsu needs 2k chakra and you have 1k chakra left the difference will be dealed to your hp and any jutsu after will come directly from your hp. So no fuuton rasen shurikens after you lose all ur chakra (insta-death) although it would be a quick way to kill yourself and return back to your village.
Gaara System
Sand Lightning Rod:
Drops sand upon the flow and negates all Raiton attacks to if chidori is activated it will be deactivated and no lightning attacks will work.(Lightning attacks should work on Suna no Muya because its basically earth.
Sand Spear: Should be trainable like sword skill but only 5 per level
Sand Storage
Ok Idea now Garra should store sand in his gourd (out of 100%) sousou and taisou will deal a percentage of damage based on how much sand is left in the gourd, and his moves will take up a certain amount of the sand.
Ok if this were taken into effect kyuu should be a lot harder to land maybe you summon the sand and must use the w,a,s,d keys and must be one space away to wrap the person. and then deal damage.
List time
Sand Spear: 10% of sand
Sand Lightning Rod: 15% of sand
Suna no Muya 20%
Sand Rain: 100% each enemy hit the damage will be divided and 20% will be added (ex wrap 5 people each will take 40% damage)
Etc.etc
k got it each will take a certain percentage this would make smart garra's good and newb garra's suck.
That idea alone would make there being almost no point in leveling so this idea will make a reason.
You know how The sand in Garra's gourd was infused with chakra to make it better.
Chakra Infusion
I say you should spend stat points increasing the amount of chakra concentrated in the sand in your gourd more chakra equals more power in this case So this should increase the power of attacks that should be created for sand
Sand Spear: 10% of Sand Chakra = its damage + sword skill training
Sand Shurikens: 25% of Sand Chakra = its damage
Sand Bullets: 50% Of Sand Chakara = its damage
With this Garras wouldn't have just one hitters also make kyuu try to make it so the higher % of sand you send controlled by the w,a,s,d, Keys the slower it should be this would make it so one hitters wouldn't be as Easy so if you plan you can actually beat people in tournaments. yes genjutsu will still make it so they can one hit you but get over it people who rely (notice i said "rely" not just simply use ) on gen are noobs and noobs are never gonna go away I think this is good idea point out any flaws you see =D
Knockback:
I think Most jutsu and attacks should knock people back for the sake of more interesting fights. Instead of someone just spamming a sword and hitting people 500 times a second isn't to interesting it should say some thing like " The uchiha joe has jumped back after being hit." That would be a voluntary one some jutsu i say should just blow people back like if Giant Vortex jutsu(Mist exclusive*cough*) was added or maybe even just asshou.(all taijutsu should)
List:
No Spaces: Chidori,Punch 50%, etc.
1 Space: Little swords, asshou, Punch 50% etc.
3 Spaces: Konoha Hurricane, Gatsugga, Fire dragon, water dragon, etc.
5 Spaces: Big swords, Water vortex, Rasengan, etc.
+5 Spaces: Kyuubi Chakra Blast, Oodama Rasengan, etc.
Throwing Wep Skill:
For like a Tenten clan Or Haku's it should be like you can train it like sword skill and should vary based on clan Most clans that dont use it needles, shuriken, and kunai will max at 5k. and for Hakus, needles will max out at 50k rest 10k. Tentens each will max at 30k. Medics needles will max out 30k kunai 10k shuriken 5k.
Kunai: Will deal 50% more then TW Skill.
Shuriken: Will deal TW Skill.
Needles: will deal half TW Skill.
Maybe Sword skill max should change based on each clan as well. For example maybe Momochi's should stay at 200k and lower hoshigaki to 150k because momochi seems more sword based, and maybe even decrease jashin to 25-50k.
Water Dragon:
Should take about 5 secs to do the hand signs and should be homing and only when there's water around.The 5 secs because it took Zabuza and Kakashi a good long while to do the hand signs, homing because it looked like they had some good control over it and should be around water cause the dragon is huge. This would make the move rather even more useless so i suggest a power boost as well. Which means this move could be really dangerous in the mist village. But no so much in other places unless you hang around the water the whole time.
Genryuu Kyuu Fuujin:
Maybe there should need 3 Akatsuki members one is the leader they start it and it freezes the jinjuriki(how ever you spell it the person with the demon) and the next to must surround it and use their Sealing things before 10 seconds or it'll fail. If they do do it in time about 10 seconds later the Akatsuki leader will choose who gets the demon. If any members are killed during this time it fails. So the akatsuki might have some people defending them while there doing it. This would make it so people won't fear of losing their demon unless the leader is on making the Akatsuki Leader seem more powerful.
A More Powerful Henge:
Maybe after transforming into another character 100,200 how ever many times there should be a more power full henge where you could turn into someone and it wouldn't go off until you get attacked. Of course there should be a way of turning it off manually. And maybe there should be a list of things you've previously transformed into that you can change into manually. If that list thing were added id say the number of henge no jutsu uses should be alot higher 1000 maybe cause that could be really effective and actually confusing people with a genjutsu instead of just stunning them.
Bunshin swap:
Ooo yes i can imagine it now I make a clone go after people I swap and finish the with my sword. Or maybe even freezing someone with Suirou No Jutsu making a clone and swaping with that and finishing the other person first. Probably once again obtained by reaching a certain level and using ANY type of bunshin technique a certain amount of time. Or maybe not cause I believe clones lag the server, maybe just after a certain level. Should have to click on the clone to switch places with it.
Rasengan:
I do like the activate and run into idea but with its power its also abused by some people. Its really easy to just run into someone maybe it should be active and press attack/punch. (All variations of rasengan should apply)

Ok Idea now Garra should store sand in his gourd (out of 100%) sousou and taisou will deal a percentage of damage based on how much sand is left in the gourd, and his moves will take up a certain amount of the sand.
Ok if this were taken into effect kyuu should be a lot harder to land maybe you summon the sand and must use the w,a,s,d keys and must be one space away to wrap the person. and then deal damage.
List time
Sand Spear: 10% of sand
Sand Lightning Rod: 15% of sand
Suna no Muya 20%
Sand Rain: 100% each enemy hit the damage will be divided and 20% will be added (ex wrap 5 people each will take 40% damage)
Etc.etc
k got it each will take a certain percentage this would make smart garra's good and newb garra's suck.
That idea alone would make there being almost no point in leveling so this idea will make a reason.
You know how The sand in Garra's gourd was infused with chakra to make it better.
Chakra Infusion
I say you should spend stat points increasing the amount of chakra concentrated in the sand in your gourd more chakra equals more power in this case So this should increase the power of attacks that should be created for sand
Sand Spear: 10% of Sand Chakra = its damage + sword skill training
Sand Shurikens: 25% of Sand Chakra = its damage
Sand Bullets: 50% Of Sand Chakara = its damage
With this Garras wouldn't have just one hitters also make kyuu try to make it so the higher % of sand you send controlled by the w,a,s,d, Keys the slower it should be this would make it so one hitters wouldn't be as Easy so if you plan you can actually beat people in tournaments. yes genjutsu will still make it so they can one hit you but get over it people who rely (notice i said "rely" not just simply use ) on gen are noobs and noobs are never gonna go away I think this is good idea point out any flaws you see =D
Knockback:
I think Most jutsu and attacks should knock people back for the sake of more interesting fights. Instead of someone just spamming a sword and hitting people 500 times a second isn't to interesting it should say some thing like " The uchiha joe has jumped back after being hit." That would be a voluntary one some jutsu i say should just blow people back like if Giant Vortex jutsu(Mist exclusive*cough*) was added or maybe even just asshou.(all taijutsu should)
List:
No Spaces: Chidori,Punch 50%, etc.
1 Space: Little swords, asshou, Punch 50% etc.
3 Spaces: Konoha Hurricane, Gatsugga, Fire dragon, water dragon, etc.
5 Spaces: Big swords, Water vortex, Rasengan, etc.
+5 Spaces: Kyuubi Chakra Blast, Oodama Rasengan, etc.
Throwing Wep Skill:
For like a Tenten clan Or Haku's it should be like you can train it like sword skill and should vary based on clan Most clans that dont use it needles, shuriken, and kunai will max at 5k. and for Hakus, needles will max out at 50k rest 10k. Tentens each will max at 30k. Medics needles will max out 30k kunai 10k shuriken 5k.
Kunai: Will deal 50% more then TW Skill.
Shuriken: Will deal TW Skill.
Needles: will deal half TW Skill.
Maybe Sword skill max should change based on each clan as well. For example maybe Momochi's should stay at 200k and lower hoshigaki to 150k because momochi seems more sword based, and maybe even decrease jashin to 25-50k.
7.Extra
[/u][/center]Water Dragon:
Should take about 5 secs to do the hand signs and should be homing and only when there's water around.The 5 secs because it took Zabuza and Kakashi a good long while to do the hand signs, homing because it looked like they had some good control over it and should be around water cause the dragon is huge. This would make the move rather even more useless so i suggest a power boost as well. Which means this move could be really dangerous in the mist village. But no so much in other places unless you hang around the water the whole time.
Genryuu Kyuu Fuujin:
Maybe there should need 3 Akatsuki members one is the leader they start it and it freezes the jinjuriki(how ever you spell it the person with the demon) and the next to must surround it and use their Sealing things before 10 seconds or it'll fail. If they do do it in time about 10 seconds later the Akatsuki leader will choose who gets the demon. If any members are killed during this time it fails. So the akatsuki might have some people defending them while there doing it. This would make it so people won't fear of losing their demon unless the leader is on making the Akatsuki Leader seem more powerful.
A More Powerful Henge:
Maybe after transforming into another character 100,200 how ever many times there should be a more power full henge where you could turn into someone and it wouldn't go off until you get attacked. Of course there should be a way of turning it off manually. And maybe there should be a list of things you've previously transformed into that you can change into manually. If that list thing were added id say the number of henge no jutsu uses should be alot higher 1000 maybe cause that could be really effective and actually confusing people with a genjutsu instead of just stunning them.
Bunshin swap:
Ooo yes i can imagine it now I make a clone go after people I swap and finish the with my sword. Or maybe even freezing someone with Suirou No Jutsu making a clone and swaping with that and finishing the other person first. Probably once again obtained by reaching a certain level and using ANY type of bunshin technique a certain amount of time. Or maybe not cause I believe clones lag the server, maybe just after a certain level. Should have to click on the clone to switch places with it.
Rasengan:
I do like the activate and run into idea but with its power its also abused by some people. Its really easy to just run into someone maybe it should be active and press attack/punch. (All variations of rasengan should apply)
