 VILLAGE ELDERSWell the idea I had was that once a kage is elected they must chose 3 members from their village to be the village elderes these elders would be the kage council regarding any matters that may concern the village each elder would get a 2 use able titles {Council Member} or {Village Elder} they would also get robes, the elders and the kage should have a room in thier village that is a safe zone where they can discus matters in private without being disturbed
I shall have a room made shortly and robe icons as well |

These positions would also mean that they could have some sort of power. I don't think they should be able to invite.

No of course not that's the kage decision solely but their power would mostly be to maintain order within the village and if for any reason the kage wishes to resign they would be the ones to elect the new kage and such

I do not support this. It's completely useless. The Elders didn't have any power, only the respect of the village. Players with that respect don't need a title or a personal safe zone.

Who is Naruto's elders now that he's Hokage? Seems like a system that ONLY the 3rd used, and when Tsunade became the 5th it was with reluctance that she went to them. Why make a position of power for something that only happened once, and then was just dragged on until the elders eventually died?
If you're going to use Elder Chiyo and her brother as an example of other villages presumably having elders, realize that Chiyo and her brother locked themselves away from the village. They didn't deal with diplomacy, just let the new generation handle shit until they came crying to them.
All in all, I say no to this idea. Game should be focused on increasing clan jutsu content, not making more meaningless titles.
