Well my school begins tomorrow, unfortunately this means I won't be nearly as active during the weeks as I am on the weekends ((assuming the game comes back up soon)). At least only one more frecking year then I'm free of my weeks only time restraints.

Getting out of school doesn't mean you'll have more free time, trust me >.> Enjoy your last year, cause shit just goes downhill after that.

XD College is AWESOME though. Well, least it is when you're doing it your way, and not b/c your parents force-fed it to you.

Or peer-pressure...( the need to go because all the kids in your year are attending etc ) Sasume, reality will kick you in the nuts and you'll be screaming for high school every night like i used to do .

xD I am in my 20's. But yeah....
And it's not SO bad that you'd be screaming for high school per se...but if you're one of those people who gets into a "rhythm", you're gonna be hurting when trying to enjoy your "eternal summer". Believe me, I tried taking a 1.5 year break, collapsed after 2 mo. and registered for college. xD

Yea it isn't That bad I guess while your in college...but if your like me, where college wasn't an option right away, and you actually have to get out and get a Real 8-12 hour shift job....*sighs* id give anything to go back to the days where all I had to do was go to school for 8 hours, come home, not be tired, and not have to worry about anything other than my grades lol. Nowadays, I wake up at 3:30, go to work at 5, get home at 3:45, force myself to stay awake untill around 8-9, and then repeat.

((Another 20+ here....))
Kyo, those days don't exist for many anymore....even though you have the " 8hrs at school " thing...parents are still shoving their kids out of the nest to find non-existent employment...How did i find work you ask ? Stripping....my flab was a sensation back in the day...
-sigh- School Monday to friday 8am to 8pm ( most days are like this due to courses only being offered in the evening..and going back home to come back to campus is not an option ) then on Saturdays and Sundays i'm working from 9-5pm....shit gets stressful :/
I wanna be a care free high school kid again *sobs*

For me, it's worse to keep in high school every year with the same routine for 4 years than change to something more difficult which atleast makes your life change.

xD The funny thing is---Employers right now want people with "Job Experience" Well, if someone hasn't had a job, how the HELL do they get Job Experience >.> When I was 14-18 working wasn't an option for me, then BOOM recession time. 105 applications put out, 95 rejections and 10 no-calls.

I got my first job at 15, worked there until I was 17. Then through out senior year, I took a break from working to focus on school. After graduation I worked full time, 50 hours a week, and took a break from school. Now I'm going to college with a part time job. Funny how things work out. Ugh, being 20.

School days, weekends, etc. And some of his friends told me when I questioned it :/ My care-free "high school" life ended after Elementary School T_T Stupid Family Business! Its not that hard, Red Except for stupid English Class >_<

I HAD Block schedule when I attended Apopka Highschool for my Freshmen and Sophmore years... School started earlier than other high schools, but we got out earlier (I think from 7:15 - 1:50), 3 alternating periods a day (except wednesdays), an hour and 50 minutes per class.
I walked like 3 miles to my bus stop every morning so I had to leave my house at like 5:30 to catch the school bus and what sucked was I was on the basketball team so after riding the city bus home on gamedays, I wouldn't get home until like 1:00 AM, if not later.
Needless to say, I pretty much slept in all my classes, but I'm a pretty bright kid so it worked out.
